How to Sync PNGs to Your Merch Wizard Base(s)

News, Announcements & More for Merch by Amazon Sellers

FIRST MAKE SURE THAT SEND PNG IS ENABLED!

  • Open the Merch Wizard App. Click the Options Cog Button on the right side of the app

  • Scroll down to the General Options section
  • Click on General Options to open the options panel

    • Make sure that the checkbox to the right of Automatically push full size PNGs to Airtable is checked in the above dialog box!

3 DIFFERENT WAYS TO SYNC PNGS TO YOUR AIRTABLE:

  • Start Automatic Sync button on the Manage page in the Merch Dashboard

    • Clicking this will push ALL of your Merch listings, along with all corresponding full size PNGs, to your specified Airtable Base.
  • Push Listings to Airtable button on Manage page in Merch Dashboard

    • Filter on Live Listings.

    • Decide how many listings to push at a time with the drop-down box at the bottom of the screen to indicate how many listings to display on the page (we recommend not going higher than 50 at a time when also syncing PNGs)

    • Clicking Push Listings to Airtable button then pushes all of the listings currently displaying on your Manage page, complete with their associated full PNG files.

  • Update Airtable green button for individual products

    • If you only want to send the PNG for an individual product, you can click the green Update Airtable button to the right of the listing on your Manage page in your Merch Dashboard

If you find that you are now over the Airtable limit because of all of the PNGs, remember that a lot of them might be duplicates (for example, the same PNG for a standard shirt, premium shirt, long sleeve shirt, sweatshirt, back of a hoodie, UK shirt, DE shirt, etc) and can be consolidated into a single PNG by using the Designs table.
